Did you just purchase a vacation mountain home and wondering which company is best to manage your asset? Take advantage of our extensive experience in & knowledge of the vacation rental industry in our ski resort towns. 

Understanding your time is valuable this service is for those who want to take away the stress of finding the best fit for your investment. This service includes a consultation to understand your rental goals and needs and we do the leg work in identifying the best match in a management company. We will also provide information on current area ordinances or local license requirements to ensure you are aware of all aspects of rental management. 

Please note this service is only available for homes within resort core areas and we will not provide this service if your asset is located within a traditionally local housing location. We support efforts to keep local housing in the hands of locals and encourage those looking to invest in properties in these areas to rent long term to locals. Please reach out if you want to understand the best way to do this/promote your residence to a long term local (this is free of charge).

$150 per asset assessment which includes a consultation to understand your goals & needs, overview of 2- 3 rental or property management companies who fit your criteria & direct connection with your choice of management team.

For an additional fee we can act as the agreement negotiating agent on your behalf.

LONG TERM STAY

Are you looking to come stay and play in the mountains for 30 – 90 days? Known as a long term stay in the resort lodging industry, we can possibly connect you with the few options available. Please note that we work only with resort core properties and will not have options for long term local housing.
