What does it mean to live on mountain time?
Living on mountain time is more than a lifestyle—it’s a mindset. Like reaching a summit, real progress takes preparation, persistence, and clarity. Whether you live in a mountain town or simply want to apply that grounded, intentional energy to your life and work, mountain time is for anyone.
OMT supports individuals, businesses, and communities who want to grow with purpose. Through consulting services and strategic partnerships, we offer tailored support in areas like business development, civic engagement, and nonprofit strategy.
Our Mission:
To build more resilient, connected, and sustainable communities by helping people navigate change, access resources, and achieve their goals—without losing sight of what matters most.

Alicia Gresley
Founder and doer of things
Alicia’s journey from Fremantle, Western Australia to the heart of Colorado’s mountains began with a backpack, a one-way Amtrak ticket, and a drive to create something meaningful. What started with limited resources became a career focused on strengthening rural communities and mountain economies.
With over 20 years of experience across resort travel, tourism, luxury hospitality, nonprofit leadership, and local governance, Alicia is the founder of On Mountain Time (OMT)—a consulting and community initiative dedicated to helping people and places thrive at elevation.
Today, Alicia lives in Rifle, Colorado with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Chaco. She currently serves on Rifle City Council, where she brings her background in strategic planning, economic development, and community building to local policy. She’s running for re-election in November 2025, continuing her commitment to sustainable growth and civic engagement in Western Colorado.
